BUILT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONALS

Practical training. Real connections. Global reach.

Travis and Michelle Bowman founded EnviroWorkshops in 2013 as a half- or full-day technical training experience designed to keep environmental professionals current on the latest technologies, regulations and solutions in the industry.

From the beginning, the formula was simple: bring leading experts into the room, provide a great lunch, create time for meaningful networking, and send attendees home with a certificate of continuing education accepted by engineering and geologic licensing boards around the world.

A DECADE OF GROWTH

How EnviroWorkshops Went Global

One city became 30. North America became six continents. And an in-person training model grew into a year-round learning community.

2013

It Begins

The first EnviroWorkshop was hosted in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 50 environmental professionals in attendance.

2014

Coast to Coast

EnviroWorkshops quickly expanded across the United States to 30 cities — from the East Coast to the West Coast and everywhere in between.

2015

Beyond the Mainland

The U.S. schedule continued to grow while EnviroWorkshops expanded into Canada and Hawaii.

2016

Europe

With North America firmly established, EnviroWorkshops crossed the Atlantic and hosted the first of many technical workshops in Europe.

2017

Australia

Roughly 70 EnviroWorkshops were being hosted each year across North America and Europe. That year, the program reached Australia for the first time.

2018

China & Brazil

The global footprint expanded again, reaching Asia and South America with workshops in China and Brazil.

2019

Middle East & Africa

EnviroWorkshops reached the Middle East with events in Tel Aviv and Dubai, and Africa with workshops in Johannesburg and Durban.

2020 · A NEW CHAPTER · ENVIROCLASS

When the world went online, so did we.

The pandemic forced environmental training to move online. EnviroWorkshops responded by launching EnviroClass.com, creating a new way for professionals to learn from industry experts through live and on-demand digital education.

TODAY

One global environmental learning community.

Today, approximately 8,000–10,000 environmental professionals register each year for either an in-person EnviroWorkshop around the globe or an online webinar through EnviroClass.

Across every format, the mission remains the same as it was in Raleigh in 2013: make high-quality technical education accessible, practical and connected to the people solving environmental challenges every day.

Be part of what comes next.

Join environmental professionals around the world for practical training, new technologies and valuable connections.
