Josh Bowman

Sales & Marketing Director

Josh Bowman is a relational thinker who values people more than titles. He enjoys building systems that make life easier, starting conversations that lead to meaningful connections, and helping others grow beyond where they are now.

Josh graduated from Regent University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where he also studied theology and led small groups on campus in Virginia Beach. Before joining EnviroWorkshops, he ran his own kettle corn business and developed a love for community building and creative problem-solving.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys board games, rock climbing, and long philosophical conversations—especially the kind that spiral into the meaning of words. One of his favorite questions to ask is, “What do you think it means to have a sunset state of mind?”

As Sales & Marketing Director, Josh is focused on deepening outreach and building intentional relationships with every exhibitor and partner.
