Regional Geologist with over 30 years of experience with the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation in Region 9, Buffalo. Currently supervises the Divisions of Environmental Remediation, Materials Management, and Water programs. He has been an Adjunct Professor for over 15 years at the University of Buffalo. Previous employment includes Earth Dimensions Incorporated and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection.
