He later became a Lead Field Technician for an environmental company specializing in VOC detection technology. In this role, he developed strong skills in project management, safety procedures, and empirical testing in accordance with regulations. Through extensive fieldwork, he gained hands-on experience with scientific processes, laboratory work, equipment troubleshooting, and data recording and analysis.

Colton joined Eagle Synergistic as an HRSC Technician because of the company’s commitment to both its employees and environmental stewardship. His technical expertise and field experience quickly made him an important member of the team. Since joining Eagle Synergistic, he has continued to utilize advanced subsurface imaging tools and detection technologies to provide clients with the information necessary to plan and execute effective remediation strategies.

Throughout his career, Colton has worked on a wide variety of sites, including federal facilities, refineries, underground storage tank (UST) sites, manufacturing facilities, fleet service operations, power plants, gold mines, and chemical plants. His experience includes working with contaminants such as LNAPL, BTEX compounds, chlorinated solvents, and PFAs.

Today, Colton serves as the Operations Manager at Eagle Synergistic, where he oversees project execution globally while also supporting business development efforts whenever possible.
