Amplified Geochemical Imaging (AGI Surveys) provides a surface geochemical prospecting tool capable of detecting and quantifying many organic compounds up through the vadose zone. This geochemical sampling system employs the AGI Geochemical Module (a patented passive soil vapor sampling device), chemical analysis, and statistical pattern recognition techniques, and has evolved from over twenty years of experience in soil gas geochemical exploration and analytical chemistry. The AGI passive sampling technology allows environmental consultants to identify and map volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds in air, soil and water through the analysis of soil vapor. The survey can be used for site assessment, optimizing remediation programs and monitoring, vapor intrusion investigations, and surface and ground water sampling and monitoring.
