NICOLE RADFORD

Environmental Scientist
Nicole Radford is an Environmental Scientist in the Policy, Oversight, and Liaison Office for EPA Region 4’s Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division (ECAD). In this role she serves as the point of contact for multimedia PFAS issues in enforcement.
Nicole has been with EPA Region 4 for 15 years and previously served as a Clean Air Act (CAA) inspector and enforcement officer. In that role, she worked directly with states, local governments, non-profit organizations, and regulated entities on CAA enforcement matters.
Prior to working at EPA, she obtained her BS in Engineering from Smith College, and MSES and MPA from Indiana University.
