Oscar is a PFAS and Ultra-trace solutions manager for Enthalpy Analytical and has over 20 years of experience in the environmental testing industry working for Canadian, US and global laboratory networks. Born and raised in Mexico, Oscar has a B.Sc. in Biochemical Engineering from the Tech de Monterrey, enjoys family time with his three daughters and granddaughter in Oakville, Ontario and whenever possible sailing the Sea of Cortez.
