Matt Narter is a registered geologist working at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. He has been a hydrogeologist and project manager with the department since 2013 working on state and federal remediation projects. He holds a PhD from the University of Arizona where his research focused on fate and transport of chlorinated solvents in the subsurface.
