Judy Fassbender is a licensed professional geologist in Wisconsin with over 30 years of combined government and private sector experience in both technical and leadership roles. After starting her career in environmental consulting, she operated her own consulting firm and has now transitioned to public service. She is currently the Complex Projects and Technical Resources Section Manager for the Remediation & Redevelopment Program at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, did graduate studies at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks and earned a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
