Chris Howell, P.G., is the section manager of the Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank, Remedial Assistance (RA) program within the Division of Emergency Response and Remediation (DERR) at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). He has 20 years of experience in the environmental field, including 12 years in environmental consulting before joining the DERR in the VCP/Brownfields section. Chris lives in Roy with his wife and two children and enjoys rockhounding and lapidary in his free time.
