Senior Engineer
Ann Lin, P.E., Senior Engineer, is a Unit Chief of the Underground Storage Tank Program at the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. She has more than 20 years of experience in the groundwater remediation field with the recent 10 years with the Agency. She is currently managing oversight of approximately 300 investigation and cleanup for LUST sites located in the San Gabriel Watershed. Prior to joining the State Agency, she worked in the private sector as project manager for over 10 years with extensive background in the application of remediation technologies. She holds a B.S. and a MS in Environmental Science and got her MS in Civil Engineering from University of Hawaii. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and a member of Southern California environmental professional associations.
