Christina Murphy has been the General Manager of West Des Moines Water Works since 2019. Ms. Murphy is a licensed professional engineer and water treatment operator with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in source water, water treatment, distribution, and operations as well as environmental and regulatory matters. A native of St. Charles, Missouri, she holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
